Mobile Banking Through Web Browser

Access via Mobile Web browser with Internet capable mobile phones (WAP 2.0 or higher and cookies enabled).

Mobile Banking Through Text (SMS)

Access your account from any mobile device with text messaging capabilities (enrollment required). It’s fast, convenient, and practical, especially if you have an early model cellular device.

Please note: Never “send” credit card, account or sensitive information via SMS as they are not encrypted. Texting fees may apply, so please check with service provider.

Enrolling and setting up Hickam FCU Mobile Banking is easy:

  • You must be enrolled in Hickam FCU Online Banking.
  • Once you log-in to Online Banking, select "Account Services"; then "Request"
  • Select "Mobile Banking Enrollment" and select the various services-Apps, Browser, Text Banking, and Alerts.
  • Receive a text message and follow the instructions to download the smartphone apps (for iPhone®, Android® Smartphones, iPad® or Android® Tablets). Then, simply log-in using the same username and password as for Online Banking.
