Please ensure you have the latest version of the Mobile App installed. The newest version should have an underwater mural image as the login background screen. If your Hickam FCU Mobile App does not update, please uninstall, then reinstall the app.
The Online and Mobile Banking upgrade provides enhanced security features with safer password requirements. If your old password does not meet the current requirements, you will need to change it. The current requirements are:
Must be between 8 and 32 characters long
Must contain at least 3 of the following: lower case letter, upper case letter, number, and special character
Special characters allowed: ~`[email protected]#$*()-_=+[]{}\|;:,<>./?
