• Can be stolen from your mailbox.

eStatements

• Be notified via email immediately when your eStatement is available.
• Can only be accessed by you via Online or Mobile Banking.
• Saves paper. No shredding necessary! 

Online and Mobile Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
2. On the menu, click on the dropdown arrow for "Accounts" and select "eStatement".
3. A new page will appear. Click on the "Agreement to Receive Communications Electronically" PDF link.
4. Read and review the Agreement.
5. Copy the Security Verification Code on the Agreement PDF when you are done reading. Close the Agreement window.
6. Enter the Security Verification Code into the box.
7. Click "Accept". You're in!

Message Us

1. Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking Account.
2. Go to the menu, then click on "Messages".
3. Click on "Compose New".
4. Select "Member Service" as the Category.
5. Type "Enroll in eStatements" as the Subject, and "Please enroll me in eStatements" as the Message.
6. Click "Send" and await confirmation from the Hickam FCU team.
